Bookings & Cancellations - Private dining & Buffets

Once your deposit has been paid your date is secure in our diary.

In the event of a cancellation, any Cancellations made after 28 days of booking your date we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund of your deposit.

 

Norfolk County Catering will endavour to re sell your date. If we are successful in re selling your date, we may be in a position to refund part/all of your initial deposit.

Should you wish to choose to move your booking to a later date, we can do so if you let us know. The future booking date will need to be discussed regarding our availability and will need to be moved to a date no longer than 1 year after your original booking date.

Late payments

Any late payments exceeding 7 days after invoice is due, will incur an 8% increase for every week not paid as per government guidelines.

Subcontractors​

Norfolk County Catering Ltd may use approved subcontractors to deliver catering services.
The Company remains the contracted party and is responsible for the delivery of services.
While subcontractors carry out services under the Company’s control and standards, Norfolk County Catering Ltd does not automatically accept liability for their actions beyond what is covered in these Terms.

 

Liability & Property Damage

Norfolk County Catering Ltd does not accept liability for any loss, damage, or breakage to property, appliances, or installations at any venue or property where services are provided.
