In the event of a cancellation, any Cancellations made before 4 weeks of your date we are unfortunately unable to issue a full refund, Norfolk County Catering will endavour to re sell your date. If we are successful in re selling your date, we will endeavour to refund all of the deposit.

If the party size does not meet the original size of the booking, this may result in a smaller refund paid.

Should you wish to choose to move your booking to a later date, we can do so if you let us know. The future booking date will need to be discussed regarding our availability and will need to be moved to a date no longer than 1 year after your original booking date. You can choose to move your booking up until 30 days prior to your original event date. After this date unfortunately we cannot issue you with a refund of your deposit or the option to move your date.

If you have paid your final balance and cancel within a 14 day period you will not be issued a refund.
