Once your deposit has been paid your date is secure in our diary. Norfolk County Catering Ltd can issue a refund to the original payee if your booking is cancelled outside the 30 day period before your booking date. Cancellations made within 30 days prior to your event date we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund.

Should you wish to choose to move your booking to a later date, we can do so if you let us know. The future booking date will need to be discussed regarding our availability and will need to be moved to a date no longer than 1 year after your original booking date. You can choose to move your booking up until 14 days prior to your original event date. After this date unfortunately we cannot issue you with a refund of your deposit or the option to move your date.

If you have paid your final balance and cancel within the 14 day period you will not be issued a refund of your deposit. We may be able to issue you a partial refund for your balance paid upon discretion with your chef.
