The Team
Antony
Antony Taylor is the Founder of Norfolk County Catering, He has been working in professional kitchens since the age of 15 and was lucky enough to gain an apprenticeship in Westminster College. In his early career Antony worked in 'Best Essex gastropub' for a number of years and then moved onto hotels & restaurants across London & Essex working in Rosette establishments and learnt from some phenomenal chefs.

His passion is working with Seafood, but does love a good bit of Local Game!

Sarah
Sarah is the backbone to the business, dealing with client emails & organising the kitchen teams.
​
With her many years in hospitality Sarah will be seen in our big corporate events & weddings.
​
In her spare time Sarah loves a woodland walk with her family.
Tiffany
Tiffany long is our talented award winning chef,
Tiffany has spent her career working in Norfolk's top gastropubs. She recently went on to win National pub chef of the year and has been pipped one to watch in 2024.
